Ako ste posljednjih tjedana tražili inspiraciju za brzu, zdravu i zasitnu večeru, velika je vjerojatnost da ste na TikToku naišli na recept koji se nezaustavljivo širi društvenim mrežama. U pitanju je kombinacija koja na prvu možda djeluje neobično, ali joj je zbog savršene ravnoteže slatkog, slanog, ljutog i kremastog teško odoljeti. Riječ je o jelu koje nosi naziv “Hot Honey Ground Beef Bowl”.

Ova zdjela spaja nekoliko jednostavnih sastojaka: mljevenu junetinu s taco začinima, pečeni batat s malo cimeta, svježi zrnati sir, avokado i, ključni detalj, preljev od ljutog meda. Osim što se priprema za samo 35 minuta, sadrži čak 42 grama proteina po porciji, što je čini idealnim obrokom za sve koji paze na prehranu prije ljeta. Savršen je izbor za užurbane radne dane, a može se koristiti i za “meal prep” jer se sastojci mogu spremiti i dan ranije.

Recept je osvojio tisuće korisnika TikToka upravo zbog svoje jednostavnosti i mogućnosti prilagodbe. Ako nemate baš konkretne sastojke iz recepta, umjesto batata možete koristiti bundevu, tikvu ili običan krumpir, a ako nemate gotov ljuti med, dovoljno je da u običan med dodate malo čili pahuljica. Ako pak ne volite svježi ili zrnati sir, bez problema ga možete zamijeniti kiselim vrhnjem ili grčkim jogurtom.

Sastojci:

  • 700 g batata narezanog na kockice
  • Maslinovo ili ulje od avokada

  • 500 g mljevene junetine (može i piletina ili puretina)

  • 200 g svježeg posnog ili zrnatog sira
  • 1 avokado, narezan
  • 2–3 jušne žlice ljutog meda (ili običan med + čili pahuljice)
  • Začini po izboru

Priprema:

Za početak, zagrijte pećnicu na 220 °C. Batat začinite s malo ulja, soli, papra i prstohvatom cimeta. Rasporedite ga na papir za pečenje i pecite oko 30 minuta, uz jedno okretanje tijekom pečenja. Dok se batat peče, na tavi zagrijte malo ulja i prepržite mljevenu junetinu dok ne porumeni. Dodajte začine i koncentrat rajčice, dobro promiješajte i pirjajte još nekoliko minuta. Za slaganje zdjele, na dno stavite pečeni batat, zatim meso, svježi sir i avokado, pa sve prelijte ljutim medom te je jelo spremno za posluživanje.

Top each bowl with the cottage cheese, avocado, hot honey and parsley.
